Your organization's data security and privacy are paramount to FlowZo CRM. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Salesmax.
1. Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service, including:
- Account registration information (name, email, organization).
- CRM data you upload or create (leads, contacts, deals).
- Call logs and WhatsApp message metadata.
- Usage analytics to improve platform performance.
2. Data Protection
All leads, call logs, and customer communications remain 100% confidential and owned by your organization. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties without explicit consent.
3. Security Protocols
Data transmission across all Salesmax services is encrypted end-to-end using TLS 1.3 encryption. Server-side data is stored with AES-256 encryption at rest on ISO-27001-compliant infrastructure.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and download your data at any time from your account settings.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Opt out of non-essential communications.
