How do I create a deal from a lead?

Open any lead's detail page and click "+ Add Deal". The deal is created with the lead's contact, company, and source data pre-filled. You can then add the deal value, stage, closing date, and linked products before saving.
Can I customize pipeline stages?

Yes. Go to System → Deal Stage and add, rename, or reorder stages to match your exact sales process. You can activate or deactivate stages at any time, and each stage can have its own colour for the Kanban board.
What is win probability and how is it used?

Win probability is a percentage you assign to each deal to indicate how likely it is to close. It's used in the Deals Probability Report to weight expected revenue — helping leadership get an accurate forecast rather than just summing all pipeline values.
How do deal closing reasons help my team?

When you mark a deal as Won or Lost, you're prompted to select a closing reason — for example "Best Price", "Lost to Competitor", or "Budget Cut". Over time this data reveals patterns in your win/loss rate, helping you coach your team and refine your strategy.
Can I generate invoices and quotations from a deal?

Yes. From the deal detail page, click "Invoice" or "Quotation" in the action bar. Choose the products on the deal, customize the format, and generate a professional document in seconds — then send it to the client directly from the CRM.
How do I import deals in bulk?

Navigate to the Deals section and click "Import". Upload a CSV or Excel file, map your spreadsheet columns to CRM fields (deal name, amount, stage, closing date, and any custom fields), and review the duplicate detection summary before confirming the import.
What reports are available for deals?
