User Management

How do I add a new user to FlowZo CRM?

Go to the User section from the dashboard menu, click "+ Add User", fill in the user's name, email, and phone, then assign a User Role and an Access Set. Save — the user can now log in with the credentials sent to their email.
What is an Access Set and how is it different from a User Role?
+
A User Role defines the type of user — Admin, Sales User, or Manager. An Access Set defines exactly what that user can do at the module level — which modules they can Read, Create, Update, or Delete. One Access Set can be shared across multiple users with the same permissions.
What happens to data when I deactivate a user?

Nothing is deleted. Deactivating a user removes their login access but all their leads, deals, notes, calls, and history remain intact in the CRM. You can also transfer ownership of their records to another active user before or after deactivation.
What are User Groups used for?
+
User Groups let you organize users by function or territory — for example "Sales West" or "Pre-Sales". Groups are used in workflow automation to route leads to the right team automatically, and they help managers share data and tasks within a defined group.
Can I set individual sales targets per rep?

Yes. Go to User → User Sales Target and configure monthly or quarterly revenue targets for each user. Managers can track each rep's progress against their target in real time, and reps can see their own progress bar from their dashboard.
How do User-Wise Reports work?

Navigate to Reports → User Wise Status Report or User Wise Source Report. These reports show a breakdown of each user's leads by status (Followup, Demo, Qualified, Won) or by source (Facebook, IndiaMART, Website). You can filter by date range and drill down into individual follow-up or source lists.
How do notifications work for users?

FlowZo CRM automatically triggers notifications when a new lead is added, a bulk import completes, a lead is transferred to a user, or a follow-up reminder is due. Users receive these alerts in real time within the CRM so no action or update is ever missed.
