Questions about Email Sequences

How do I create a new email sequence?

Go to Sequences from the left sidebar, click "Add Sequences", give it a name, then click "Add Step". Choose Email, Call, or WhatsApp as the channel, set the day delay, select Auto or Manual type, choose a template, and save. Repeat to add more steps.
Can one sequence include email, WhatsApp, and call steps?

Yes. Each step in a sequence can be a different channel — Email, WhatsApp (auto or manual), or Call task. You can mix and match them freely within a single sequence to build a true multi-channel outreach flow.
What is the difference between Auto and Manual email type?

Auto steps send the email automatically on the configured day without any rep action. Manual steps queue the task in the rep's Sequence Tasks and require them to review and click Send. Manual is useful when you want a human check before the message goes out.
How do I track opens and clicks per step?

Each step in your sequence shows real-time counts for Opens, Clicks, Replies, and Bounced. You can see these in the sequence step list view. Engagement events are also logged on the individual lead's activity timeline so reps see the full history.
What is Sequence Tasks?

Sequence Tasks (under the Sequences menu) is your personal to-do queue for sequence steps. It shows tasks categorized as Today, Upcoming, Due, Completed, Skipped, and Failed — so every rep always knows exactly what outreach actions need attention right now.
How does Bulk / Mass Email differ from a sequence?

Mass Email is a one-time broadcast to a group of selected leads using a template — great for announcements or campaigns. A sequence is an automated multi-step journey that runs over days or weeks per enrolled lead. Both track opens and clicks per recipient.
