What is the difference between Auto Sync and Manual Popup?

Auto Sync automatically logs every call to the CRM the moment it ends. Manual Popup shows a review screen after each call where you can add notes, then save manually. You can switch modes anytime from System → CRM Setting → Call Sync.

Is integration required to use CallSync?

No. FlowZo CRM CallSync works perfectly on its own using the mobile app's SIM-based tracking. Connecting Callyzer is an optional integration for advanced team analytics.

Where can I see the synced calls inside the CRM?

After a call is synced, open the CRM dashboard at app.flowzo.ai, go to Leads, open the specific contact, and click the Activities tab. Every call — duration, direction, and recording — will be listed there.
